FWO Tender: Supply of Packed Milk & Milk Powder (Dec 2026–Jun 2027)

Headquarters Frontier Works Organization (Deputy Director Supply & Transport) invites sealed offers from firms/contractors and milk producer companies for procurement and supply of packed milk and milk powder for FWO troops deployed at project sites in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, AK Areas and Gilgit Baltistan for the period from 1 December 2026 to 30 June 2027.

Tender documents are available from 2026-10-20 to 2026-11-15 on any working day. Tender fee: Rs. 2,000 (non‑refundable). Bid security: Rs. 200,000 to be submitted with the tender in the shape of CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt). Interested firms must register with Headquarters Frontier Works Organization before contract award. Offers must be valid from 2026-12-01 to 2027-06-30. Tenders will be opened in the presence of participants' representatives; if the opening date is a holiday, it will be moved to the next working day. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals prior to acceptance and may provide grounds for rejection on request.
