TMA Takht-e-Nasrati Tender for Solid Waste Machinery

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Takht-e-Nasrati, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites electronic bids for the fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure of the KPPRA Rules 2014.

Eligibility: Reputable and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms with an NTN, GST registration, valid renewed PEC registration, and 3S facilities covering sales, service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may participate. Bidders must be registered on EPADS at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration.

Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be uploaded through EPADS by 16 November 2026 at 12:00 noon. Bids will open the same day at 2:00 PM. Specifications and details are available for download through EPADS.

Bid security: The original call deposit receipt equal to 2% of the total bid price, in the name of “TMO TMA Takht-e-Nasrati,” must reach the TMO office in a sealed envelope through registered courier.

Prices must include all applicable taxes and be quoted on an FOR basis, including free supply and delivery to the TMA office. Manufacturers and suppliers must provide FBR registration or taxpayer certification for components. The successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late or hand-submitted bids will not be accepted. Issuance of the purchase order is subject to release of funds, and the competent authority may accept or reject tenders under KPPRA Rules.
