Punjab Health Department Tender for Anti-Cancer Medicines FY 2026-27

The Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement of anti-cancer medicines for FY 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 2,600 million. Medicines will be supplied on a delivery-at-consignee-end basis under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities. Bidding documents are available at http://health.punjab.gov.pk, https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://epads.punjab.gov.pk.

Bids must be submitted through the e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 13 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted through the e-Procurement System. Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the opening date. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the committee room of the department. Meeting minutes will be uploaded to the department website and procurement portal within three days and will form an addendum to the bidding documents.
