The Elite Force Police Department invites sealed tenders through the E-PAD system for the supply of cooked food to trainees at Elite Police Training Centre (EPTC), Hakimabad, Nowshera, for financial year 2026–27. Procurement will follow the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014.

Bidders must submit their bids through E-PAD and deliver the original hard-copy bid in two sealed envelopes to the office of the Deputy Commandant, Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, CPO Peshawar, before the closing deadline. Quotations must include 2% earnest money amounting to Rs. 200,000 in the form of a bank draft from a scheduled bank in favour of the Deputy Commandant, Elite Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Rates must be quoted in Pakistani rupees and include all applicable taxes, duties, and charges. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. The successful bidder must provide the required security, supply food according to the approved standards and menu, and enter into an agreement. The contract will apply until 30 June 2027, and payment will be made after verification of supplies and subject to availability of funds.
