Divisional Forest Officer, Peshawar Forest Division Nowshera invites e-tenders (EPADS) under Single Stage Single Envelope Method in accordance with KPPRA Rules-2014 for construction works to strengthen institutional capacity for sustainable forest fire mitigation and management in Central Southern Forest Region.

Contractors should be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority for applicable taxes and with the Pakistan Engineering Council in C-6 category or above for the relevant year. E-Bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from EPADS. Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized person before uploading; original Bid Security (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, Peshawar Forest Division Nowshera must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Bid Security" before the closing date and time. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under KPPRA rules.
Submission deadline and opening: E-bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before 2026-11-02 by 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM.
