District Kech Tender for Subdivision Office and Residence Construction in Balnagoore

The Executive Engineer Buildings, C&W, PP&H Department, District Kech, invites electronic bids for construction work in Tehsil Dasht. Tender reference: TSE-2627101216773. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not permitted.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Bidders must register with the BPPRA Electronic Public Procurement System and hold Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 or above, with relevant category and specialized code CE-10. Active taxpayer status and Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority registration are required.

The tender fee is PKR 2,000, and bid security is 4% in the form of a bank guarantee, deposit at call or another permitted instrument from a scheduled bank. Bids must remain valid for 120 days.
