Turbat B&R Tender for Tehsildar Office and Residence Construction in Balnagore, Kech

The Executive Engineer, Provincial B&R, Turbat invites electronic bids for construction work in District Kech under tender reference TSE-2627101216743. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

Bidders must be active tax filers, registered with the BPPRA electronic public procurement system, and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in category C-5 or above with specialization code CE10 for general civil engineering works. Applicants must have completed similar work worth at least PKR 26,896,550 during the preceding three years and demonstrate an average annual turnover of at least PKR 40 million over the last three years. Firms blacklisted by any procuring agency are ineligible.

The tender fee is PKR 2,000, and bid security is 4% of the bid amount, payable through a bank guarantee, deposit at call, or another permitted instrument from a scheduled bank. The bid validity period is 90 days.
