University of Rasul Tender for Customized Furniture for Medical Lab Equipment

University of Rasul invites bids from reputable firms and companies for the procurement of customized furniture for medical lab equipment. Bidders must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and income tax and sales tax departments, have an active taxpayer profile, and possess adequate supply experience.

The tender follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidding documents are available from the date of publication through www.uor.edu.pk, ppra.punjab.gov.pk and www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.

Technical and financial bids must be submitted through E-Procurement Punjab by 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security must be submitted through the portal, with a scanned copy attached to the technical bid. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bidders or their representatives may attend with a valid authority letter from their organization.

The university will not be responsible for delays in submitting bidding documents or bid security. If the submission day is an official holiday, the next day will serve as the closing date. University management may reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
