Public Health Engineering Division Shikarpur Jobs 2026 for BPS-01 to BPS-04

The Office of the Executive Engineer (Development), Public Health Engineering Division, Shikarpur, invites applications from candidates domiciled in District Shikarpur for recruitment to non-technical posts in BPS-01 to BPS-04.

Applications must reach the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (Development) Division, Shikarpur, by 10 November 2026. Submit an application in the prescribed format with two passport-size photographs and attested copies of academic qualification certificates, CNIC, domicile, PRCs, and experience certificates where required.

The application form requires the post applied for, applicant’s name, father’s name, CNIC number, date of birth, educational qualification, experience, district of domicile, postal address, cell number, applicant’s signature, name, and date.

Reserved quotas apply for women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and transgender candidates under government rules and policy. Applicants serving in government, semi-government organizations, or private services must apply through their respective departments or proper channels. General relaxation in the upper age limit will apply under government policy and rules in force.

Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased, and nobody will have the right to challenge this decision. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for a test or interview. The appointments are initially temporary and will become permanent after completion of the probation period under the Sindh Services (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1973. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the test or interview.
