Cantonment Board Faisal Public Notice for Regularization of Property A-10, Gulshan-e-Jamal

Cantonment Board Faisal invites public objections concerning the regularization of commercial property A-10, measuring 240.00 square yards, situated in Block C, Gulshan-e-Jamal, Faisal Cantonment, Karachi. The property owners, Syed Abu Zafar Jafri and Wahid Muhammad, have submitted an application for regularization.

The building includes a basement, ground floor, loft, existing upper floors, stair tower and machine room. Cantonment Board Faisal approved the proposed building plan on 25 June 2025.

Anyone with a complaint, claim or objection concerning the property may submit a written objection to the Cantonment Board Faisal office within 15 days of publication of this notice. Objections received after this period will not be considered.
