The public auction will take place on 3 December 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Banking Court III, Block 50, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi.
The property will be auctioned on an as-is, where-is basis. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the purchase price through a pay order in favour of the Nazir, Banking Court III, Karachi, and provide a copy of their CNIC. The remaining 75% must be deposited within 15 days. Failure to pay the balance will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit and re-auction of the property. The court reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning a reason.
