PKLI Lahore Tender for EBV and Poly (Immune) PCR Testing Services

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC), Lahore, invites electronic bids for the procurement of EBV and Poly (Immune) PCR testing services on a reagent rental basis. Original manufacturers, sole distributors of foreign principals, and authorized distributors of manufacturers registered with the income tax and sales tax authorities may participate.

Bidding documents are available free of charge at https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/, https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.

Submit electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 19 November 2026 at 3:00 PM. Participating firms must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard copies of bids are not required. Bid security must also be submitted electronically through the system; hard-copy bid security is not acceptable.

Bids will be opened on 19 November 2026 at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 4 November 2026 at 11:30 AM in the conference room of the Supply Chain Department, Tower-A.

Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the opening date. If the submission deadline falls on a declared public holiday, the next working day will be considered for bid submission and opening. The procuring agency will not be responsible for failure to submit an electronic bid because of technical errors or internet failure. PKLI&RC will not bear bidders’ costs or expenses for preparing, delivering or electronically submitting bids.

Assessment and procurement procedures, including receipt, opening and award of bids, will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. In the event of a conflict between the bidding documents and the PPRA Rules 2014, as amended, the rules will prevail.
