National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), Headquarters G-5/2, Islamabad, invites electronic bids from suppliers, contractors and service providers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and having relevant experience for the following services:

Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before the respective closing date and time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day, at least 30 minutes after the bid closing time, according to the schedule above.
In terms of Rule 65 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is available on EPADS v2.0.
