National Book Foundation Islamabad Tender for IT Equipment – P142746

National Book Foundation, Islamabad, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of IT equipment under Tender No. P142746 / HIT-74(1). Funding has been allocated for the procurement planned for financial year 2026–27, with eligible payments to be made under the procurement contract.

The procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, and applicable regulations, regulatory guides, procurement guidelines and instructions issued by the Authority.

All bids must include the bid security amount required in the Bid Security Section of the bidding documents, in the form of a pay order or demand draft, or a bid-securing declaration in the format prescribed in the bidding documents.

Electronic bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/142746. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Bids must be prepared according to the electronic bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the stated deadline. Manual bids will not be entertained. Vendors who have not registered on the new version of EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. A registration tutorial is also available on YouTube.
