PKLI Lahore Tender for Procurement of Tissue Lyser

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC), Lahore, invites electronic bids for the procurement of a tissue lyser. Original manufacturers, sole distributors of manufacturers and authorized distributors registered with the income tax and sales tax departments or authorities may participate.

Bidding documents are available free of charge at https://pkli.org.pk/tenders/, https://epoc.punjab.gov.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The PPRA tender website is https://epoc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the advertisement's publication date on the PPRA website.

Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 19 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required. Participating firms and bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procuring agency will not be responsible for failure to submit an electronic bid because of technical errors or internet failure.

Each bid must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount, submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard-copy bid security is not acceptable.

Bids will be opened on 19 November 2026 at 11:30 AM at the address below, in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 4 November 2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the Supply Chain Department, Tower A. Bids must remain valid for 180 days from the bid-opening date.

If the submission deadline falls on a declared public holiday, tender submission and opening will take place on the next working day. PKLI&RC will not bear bidders' costs or expenses for preparing, delivering or electronically submitting bids.

Assessment and procurement procedures, including receipt, opening and award, will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. If bidding documents conflict with these rules, the rules will prevail.
