Workers Welfare Fund Balochistan Consultancy Tender for 500 Labour Quarters at Hub

The Workers Welfare Fund, Balochistan invites requests for proposals through EPADS v2.0 from eligible bidders registered on the platform for consultancy services for the Establishment of 500 Labour Quarters at Hub, reference P178233. Funds have been reserved for the procurement under FY 2026–27, with part of the fund allocated to eligible payments under the consultancy contract.

The procurement will follow the Public Procurement Rules, 2026, together with applicable regulations and instructions issued by the Authority from time to time. All proposals must include bid security in the form of a Call at Deposit or a Bid Securing Declaration, using the prescribed format and requirements in the bidding document’s Bid Security Section.

Proposals must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the e-bidding documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by the deadline. Manual submission of RFPs will not be accepted.

Each bidder must provide an undertaking duly signed and stamped by its authorized representative confirming that the consultant will, as its first priority, prepare and submit the project’s PC-II (Feasibility Study). This must include all necessary surveys, preliminary designs, cost estimates and supporting documents required for approval by the competent forum. Subsequent consultancy stages may begin only after the Client and the competent authority approve the PC-II.
