Chagai B&R Tender for AC and Tehsildar Residence and Office Construction in Taftan

The Executive Engineer II, Provincial B&R Chagai, invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the following work for 2026, based on Composite Schedule Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 68,986,207 during the preceding three years.

Bidding procedure: Single-stage, two-envelope bidding. Bids must include 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. CDR/green challan is also referenced for the procurement.

Registration and documents: Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders participating in government procurement, whether submission is electronic or manual. The NIT and complete bidding documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk.

Submission deadline: Submit bids electronically through the supplier dashboard by 16 November 2026. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required. Tenders will be opened on the same day through the EPPS system.
