Chagai B&R Tender for AC and Tehsildar Offices and Residences

The Executive Engineer-II, Provincial Buildings and Roads, Chagai, invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for construction work for the year 2026 under tender reference TSE-2627101218023. Bidding is on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 55,193,103 during the preceding three years.

Registration with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders participating in Government of Balochistan procurement, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually. For this tender, only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required.

Bids must include 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned. CDR/green challan requirements apply.

The notice inviting tender and complete bidding documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Submit bids through the supplier dashboard by 16 November 2026. Tenders will be opened on the same day through the EPPS system.
