B&R Chagai Tender for Tehsil Office and Residence Construction at Yakmach

The Executive Engineer, Provincial Buildings and Roads, Chagai, invites electronic bids from eligible contractors for construction work during 2026, based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023 on a percentage-rate basis. Tender reference: TSE-2627101217993.

Tender fee: PKR 2,000. Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost. CDR and green challan payment instruments are indicated.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List, registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 24,148,275 during the previous three years to establish financial capacity.

Registration with the Government of Balochistan's BPPRА Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for all bidders, whether procurement uses electronic or manual submission. For this tender, bids must be submitted electronically through the supplier dashboard; physical bids are not required.

Bid security must accompany the bid in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, issued in the name of the undersigned.
