District & Sessions Judge Chakwal Solar System Tender 2026-2027

The District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal invites electronic bids under Tender Notice No. 01/2026-2027 for the installation of hybrid off-grid solar systems at ladies’ bar rooms in Chakwal, Talagang and Choa Saiden Shah. Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Eligible bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound firms with previous experience in the relevant field and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, the Punjab Revenue Authority and the Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026-2027. PEC registration must be in category C3 or above with the relevant CE-01 code, where applicable.

The bid proposal must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 a.m. on November 26, 2026. Bids addressed to the District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal will be received electronically by 11:00 a.m. on November 26, 2026 and opened at 11:00 a.m. the same day. If that date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will apply.

Bidding documents may be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System, the PPRA website and the court website at https://chakwal.dc.lhc.gov.pk/. The e-Procurement tender page is http://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx. Further information may be obtained from the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.

Each contractor or bidder must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in favour of the District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal before the submission deadline. Payment must be made online through the Punjab e-Procurement System by generating a Payment Slip ID (PSID). Hard-copy bid security will not be accepted. Contractors must quote item rates according to the bidding documents. Bid securities of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after finalization of the tender.

Bids will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Rates must include all taxes, including GST, PST, income tax and stamp duty, and remain valid for 180 days.

The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the total contract value within 15 days after signing the contract, in the form of a CDR, bank draft or cashier’s cheque. The performance guarantee must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a PSID. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of the lowest bidder’s tender and forfeiture of earnest money in favour of the Government.

Bidders must attach registration certificates demonstrating active Income Tax, Sales Tax and Provincial Sales Tax on Services status under the relevant authority. They must also attach an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation or providing their litigation history for the last eight to ten years.

False information, fake CDRs, and unsigned or unstamped bids will result in rejection. The contractor will be liable to disqualification under PPRA rules and will be ineligible to participate in the upcoming tender of the District & Sessions Judge, Chakwal. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals in accordance with prevailing rules and regulations.

Following system upgrades, recovery against the credit of old material will be adjusted manually, and bids will be evaluated accordingly.
