KW&SC Final Show Cause Notice to Junior Clerk Muhammad Yousuf Madni

The Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC), Office of the Director Personnel, Human Resources, Development & Administration Department, has issued a final show cause notice to Muhammad Yousuf Madni, Junior Clerk (BS-11), Employee No. 031023-3, Director Admin, working in the Law Department. His address is House No. 2/B, 5D, Paposh Nagar, Nazimabad, Karachi.

The Director Personnel, acting as the authorized officer under Rule 2(iii), read with Serial No. 14(ii), concerning delegation of powers under the KW&SB Employees (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1987, considers that the allegations of inefficiency and misconduct under Rule 3 provide sufficient grounds for disciplinary action. The authorized officer has decided under Rule 6(3) that an inquiry through an inquiry officer or inquiry committee is unnecessary.

This notice provides a last and final opportunity to explain why the proposed penalties, including removal or dismissal from service under Rule 4, should not be imposed.

Response requirement: Muhammad Yousuf Madni must submit a satisfactory reply in person to the undersigned within seven days of receiving the notice. Failure to respond will result in a decision under the KW&SB Employees (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1987.
