The general public and all concerned persons are informed that Govind Ram Malhi, Flat B-504, Prime Residency, Civil Lines, Cantt., Karachi, Pakistan, applied to the Central Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, on June 17, 2026, for registration of the artistic work and label design “SAGON”. The label identifies SAGON Perfume Body Spray, MAX, Gas Free.
This notice is issued under the proviso to subsection (2) of Section 39 of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962.
Any person or authority having a claim, right, lien or objection should submit an objection in writing within one month of publication of this notice to the Registrar, Intellectual Property Organization, Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Plot CD-3, 3rd Floor, IP-House, behind KDA Civic Center, Block 14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
