Directorate of Nursing Sindh Tender for Medical Equipment, Furniture and Computers

The Directorate of Nursing Sindh, Kala Pul, Karachi, invites electronic bids through the Electronic Public Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of medical equipment, instruments, machinery, furniture and computers for nursing and paramedical institutions for the financial years 2026–27 and 2027–28.

Suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors may participate. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue or Sindh Revenue Board, as applicable, and appear on the relevant active taxpayers list. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 46(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules.

Tender documents and detailed specifications, terms and conditions can be downloaded from https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. Electronic tender submission requires prior supplier registration through https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/supplier/registration.

The tender fee must be paid through a pay order from a scheduled bank in favour of the Director, Directorate of Nursing Sindh. Upload the required scanned documents with the electronic bid and deliver the original pay order and required original documents to the procuring agency by the deadline prescribed in the tender documents.

If the government declares a public holiday, or circumstances prevent bid submission or opening on the scheduled date, bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same times.

The procuring agency reserves the right to cancel any or all bids under the relevant provisions of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010.
