UVAS Lahore Tender 0018/2026-27 for Feed Ingredients, Silage and Urea Fertilizer

The University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore invites electronic bids under Tender No. 0018/2026-27 for the procurement of feed ingredients, silage and urea fertilizer through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Eligible bidders include manufacturers, exclusive authorized sole distributors of foreign manufacturers, agents, contractors, firms, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with income tax, Punjab sales tax on services (PRA), General Sales Tax (GST) and Professional Tax.

A single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will apply through the Punjab e-Procurement System, PPRA Punjab. Bids must be submitted electronically by 25 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m. and will be opened on the same date at 11:30 a.m. through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders. The bid opening will take place only at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

The total estimated procurement value is PKR 20,688,250. Refundable bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of the relevant lot must accompany the bid through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the submission deadline.

The tender is available on the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Purchase Section of UVAS, Lahore.

Only bids submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be accepted. UVAS will not be responsible for costs or expenses incurred by bidders in preparing their bids. If the government announces a public holiday on the tender-opening date, the tender will be opened on the next working day.

All assessment and procurement procedures, including uploading, downloading or receiving, opening, evaluating and awarding bids, will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time. In the event of a conflict between the bidding documents and these rules, the rules will prevail.
