Pakistan Post Lahore Mail Transport Tender 05/2026

Pakistan Post, Central Punjab Circle, Lahore, invites electronic bids from transport providers for mail transportation on 11 services under Tender No. 05/2026. The services include Lahore–Multan, Lahore–Rawalpindi and Lahore–Sialkot.

Bids must be submitted through the PPRA E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk by 10:45 AM on 19 November 2026. Technical bids will be opened through E-PADS at 11:30 AM on the same day. Hard-copy bids will not be accepted.

The tender-form fee is Rs. 5,000 per form, non-refundable. Deposit the fee at a post office under the Unclassified Receipt Head and upload the Revised M-50 receipt through E-PADS. Bid security is Rs. 100,000. The successful bidder must provide 5% security.

Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through E-PADS. Technical qualification requires a minimum score of 60%. Transport arrangements must meet the department's operational requirements, including double trips, extra trips and special trips. The department reserves the right to accept or reject bids under the applicable procurement rules.
