BBSUTECH Khairpur Mirs Tender for Repair, Renovation and VCB Works

Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill Development, Khairpur Mirs, invites bids for four works packages. Tender reference BBS-UTECH/Dir (W&S)/khp/383 is dated 28 October 2026.

Tender documents will be available from 3 November 2026. Bids must be submitted by 18 November 2026 at 11:30 a.m. and will be opened at 12:30 p.m. on the same day.

Bidders must hold the applicable Pakistan Engineering Council registration and provide registration with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board. Supporting documents include relevant work experience, completed and ongoing projects, technical staff details and CVs, machinery and equipment details, financial records, a CNIC copy, and an affidavit concerning blacklisting and litigation.

The procurement follows the single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately through the Electronic Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Original bid security must reach the university before bid opening.

Conditional bids will not be accepted. The university reserves the right to reject bids under the applicable Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010, as amended.
