Government Associate College for Women, Chak No. 36 Janubi, Sargodha, invites bids for its canteen contract for the 2026–2027 session. Only female candidates may participate, and the contract will be issued in the successful woman's name.

Application forms may be obtained from the college. Applicants must attach an attested copy of their identity card and submit a bank-issued Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 10,000 as security, payable to the Principal, Government Associate College for Women, Chak No. 36 Janubi, Sargodha. The security will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
The contractor must comply with all government rules and regulations already in force and those introduced during the contract period. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the contract.
Monthly rent must be paid within 10 days in accordance with the prescribed government rate. In the event of non-payment, the administration may confiscate the security and issue a fresh advertisement to select a new contractor.
Contract-related matters may not be challenged in any court or at any private or government level. Decisions concerning the bidding and canteen contract will be made by the college canteen committee, the Principal and other senior government officers, and their decision will be final.
