FDE Pre-Qualification: Event Management Service Providers (Rawalpindi & Islamabad)

The Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites sealed proposals for pre-qualification of reputable event management firms/service providers with offices based in Rawalpindi & Islamabad and registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Authorities. Pre-qualified firms will be eligible to participate in subsequent RFQ technical/financial bids. A bid security of Rs.200,000/- in favor of DDO, FDE is required.

Instructions to Bidders are available on the Ministry, FDE and PPRA websites; proposals must be submitted electronically via PPRA ePADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 2026-07-28 by 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-16 at 11:00 AM in the FDE Committee Room. Applications submitted by email or other means will not be entertained.
