Application Procedure and Fees
Submit one set of attested copies of all documents, including application forms, degrees, result cards, transcripts and certificates. Where a degree has not yet been issued, attach a certificate to that effect signed by the Controller of Examinations. Experience must be supported by certificates issued by employers.
Application forms can be downloaded from www.uosahiwal.edu.pk. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application form with all necessary documents for each post.
Applications must be accompanied by a non-refundable bank draft or postal order in favour of the University of Sahiwal, according to the following fee schedule:

The bank challan amount may also be deposited in the University of Sahiwal, HBL Farid Town Branch Sahiwal account, A/C No. 1672-79012994-52, for the stated purpose. Attach the original deposit slip to the application form.
Affix a recent passport-size photograph to the application. Send applications to the office of the Registrar, University of Sahiwal, by hand or courier. Applications must reach the office by 24 November 2026 during office hours. Applications received after the deadline will not be entertained, even if dispatched before it.
Terms and Conditions
- Candidates already serving in a government or semi-government department or an autonomous body must apply through the proper channel within the due date.
- The age limit for all candidates will be as notified by the Government of Punjab.
- Contract appointments will initially be for one year, extendable on satisfactory performance.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- The appointee shall participate in the Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS) under Section 18-A of the Punjab Civil Servant Act, contributing 12% of basic pay in the time and manner prescribed by the Finance Department. The relevant notification is No. SOR-IV(S&GAD)10-19/2024, dated 18 July 2024.
- A 3% quota is reserved for disabled persons. Candidates applying under this quota must submit a certificate from the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons, Social Welfare Department.
- All other quotas are reserved under Government of Punjab notifications, as applicable.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in accordance with the procedure laid down by the university. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- The number of posts may be increased or decreased according to the university's needs and the available number of applicants in the budget.
- The university reserves the right not to fill or to withdraw any advertised post without assigning a reason.
- The university is not responsible if interview call letters are not received because of a lapse by a courier agency, post office or telephone messaging service.
