FRAGROMAX Artistic Work and Logo Copyright Registration Notice

The general public and all concerned persons are informed that Muhammad Mehmood Shekhani, Muhammad Sadiq Shekhani and Muhammad Owais Shekhani, of House 112, DOHS, National Stadium Colony (Generals’ Colony), Karachi, Pakistan, applied for registration of the artistic work/logo “FRAGROMAX” at the Central Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, on April 16, 2026.

This notice is issued under subsection (2) of Section 39 of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962.

Any person or authority having a claim, right, lien or objection should submit an objection in writing within one month of publication of this notice to the Registrar, Intellectual Property Organization, Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Plot CD-3, 3rd Floor, IP-House, behind KDA Civic Center, Block 14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
