PC Premium Creations Artistic Work and Logo Copyright Registration Notice

Muhammad Mehmood Shekhani, Muhammad Sadiq Shekhani and Muhammad Owais Shekhani, of House 112, DOHS, National Stadium Colony (Generals’ Colony), Karachi, Pakistan, have applied to register the artistic work/logo “PC PREMIUM CREATIONS” at the Central Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Karachi, on April 16, 2026.

This public notice is issued under subsection (2) of Section 39 of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962.

Any person or authority having a claim, right, lien or objection concerning the artistic work/logo should submit an objection in writing within one month of publication of this notice. Objections must be addressed to the Registrar, Intellectual Property Organization, Copyright Office, Government of Pakistan, Plot CD-3, 3rd Floor, IP-House, behind KDA Civic Center, Block 14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

The applicants are represented by Ali & Associates, advocates and legal consultants specializing in trademarks, copyright and patents, established in 1972, with offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
