DHA Multan EOI for Underground Electrification Supervision and Electrical Consultancy

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from well-reputed, qualified and experienced consulting firms and companies for resident supervision of external underground electrification works and electrical consultancy services for its ongoing projects, including MEPCO and NEPRA-related matters.

Scope of Work

• Resident supervision of external underground electrification works for all ongoing DHA Multan projects, ensuring quality and compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Handling and coordination of all MEPCO and NEPRA-related matters, including scrutiny of electricity bills, resolution of discrepancies and conduct of energy audits.

Submission Requirements

Interested firms must submit their EOI, a comprehensive company profile, supporting documents and a financial quotation, highlighting:

• Relevant organisational experience and similar completed or ongoing projects.
• Technical capabilities and expertise in external underground electrification works.
• Details and qualifications of key technical personnel.
• Experience in handling MEPCO/DISCO and NEPRA-related matters, electricity bill scrutiny, resolution of discrepancies and energy audits.
• Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration and other relevant credentials.

The complete EOI, required supporting documents and financial quotation must reach the address below on or before 9 November 2026.
