NADRA Gwadar Prequalification for Works and Services Framework Agreement FFW10830

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), RHO Gwadar, under the Government of Pakistan’s Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, invites national applicants to apply for prequalification for works and services under an Open Framework Agreement, reference FFW10830. The procurement is to be financed through Non-ADP funds.

NADRA intends to prequalify suppliers for subsequent invitations to bid and sign an Open Framework Agreement with the successful bidder or bidders after completion of the bidding process. The agreement is intended to meet on-demand requirements for works and services through subsequent call-off contracts during the framework period.

Only prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings. Invitations to bid are expected to be issued to prequalified applicants on Wednesday, November 11, 2026. The Open Framework Agreement is expected to be signed with the successful bidder or bidders on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, for a period of 36 months.

Prequalification is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility requirements in the prequalification documents. Interested applicants may obtain further information from NADRA through EPADS v2.0 during office hours. Applications must be prepared according to the instructions in the prequalification documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Applications will be opened electronically through EPADS v2.0 on the same day at 12:30 PM. Manual applications will not be accepted.

Vendors who have not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Guidance on registration and bid submission is available on the portal.
