CBD Punjab NSIT Pulse Extension Lahore: Joint Venture Opportunity for 48 Retail and Commercial Units

The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) invites firms, companies, consortiums, individual investors and developers to submit proposals under the Joint Venture (JV) mode for the development of 48 premium retail and commercial units at CBD NSIT City, Lahore. The NSIT Pulse Extension project is adjacent to DHA Phases 6 and 7.

Proposal Requirements and Fees

Interested entities must demonstrate technical and financial capacity. Proposals must be submitted in a single sealed envelope containing two separate envelopes for the technical and financial proposals. The bidding process will follow the Single-Stage-Two-Envelope procedure under the PCBDDA Procurement Regulations, 2024.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be purchased against a non-refundable fee of PKR 50,000, payable through a Pay Order in favour of the Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA). The technical bid must include bid security of PKR 20,000,000 in the form of a Pay Order, CDR or Bank Guarantee.

Important Conditions

The RFP document has been prepared on the basis of an unsolicited proposal. PCBDDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions without assigning a reason. An extension of the submission deadline may be considered upon a bidder's request supported by cogent reasons.
