THQ Baiker to DHQ Hospital Upgradation Tender in Barkhan

The Project Director, Upgradation of THQ Baiker to DHQ Baiker and Establishment of a 50-Bedded Hospital at Rakhni, Barkhan, invites eligible bidders to undertake hospital upgradation works for 2026. Tender reference: TSE-2627101217593. Bidding is based on percentage rates against the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required. Registration on the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's Electronic Public Procurement System is mandatory for bidders in Government of Balochistan procurements, whether submission is electronic or manual.

Eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. They must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 320,000,000 during the preceding three years to establish financial capacity.

Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-3 or above, covering works up to PKR 500 million, is required in the relevant category with specialized codes EE04 (Low Voltage Installation), EE05 (High Voltage Installation), CE10(i) (General Civil Engineering Works), and CE10(vii) (General Buildings and Maintenance).

Fee and security: The PKR 1,000 tender processing fee must be deposited into account No. C02716 under the head PD, UEHBB. Bids must be accompanied by security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.
