Central Dairy Renala Khurd Tender for 100 Tonnes of Fresh Milk Cream 2026–27

Central Dairy, Military Farms Group, Renala Khurd, invites tenders for the supply of 100 tonnes of fresh milk cream for 2026–27 in accordance with its technical specifications.

Supplier Eligibility and Prequalification

Cream manufacturers and firms operating cream separator units may participate. Applicants must submit prequalification documents, registration certificates from the relevant authorities, and bank statements for the preceding three years with their supporting documents.

Prequalification documents must reach Central Dairy, Military Farms Group, Renala Khurd, in sealed envelopes by 17 November 2026. The documents will be scrutinized to assess applicants’ technical and financial suitability.

Tender Schedule

Tenders will be received and opened at the Central Dairy office in Renala Khurd. Further tender rounds will be held if required. If a scheduled opening date falls on a holiday, opening will take place on the next working day at 12:00 noon.

Financial and Supply Conditions

Quoted rates must remain valid for 90 days. Bidders must provide bid security equal to 2% in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. The successful supplier must furnish 3% performance security.

Supplies are subject to inspection and acceptance or rejection. Rejected cream must be replaced by the supplier. Procurement will be governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, including Rules 42(c) and 33(1).
