AQ Mall & Residency Notice: Clear Dues and Collect Apartment Possession by November 30, 2026

The management of AQ Mall & Residency, through Abu Qasim Real Estate & Builders, has issued a final notice to members with outstanding payments to clear their dues and complete the process for obtaining their apartment documents and possession by November 30, 2026.

AQ Mall & Residency has obtained its Completion NOC, and apartment possession was handed over to members more than a year ago. This reminder is directed to members who have yet to clear their outstanding dues and payable amounts.

All concerned members must deposit their remaining payments, obtain possession of their apartments, and collect their allotment letters from the Bahria Town head office.

After November 30, 2026, Abu Qasim Real Estate & Builders may take necessary action under the agreement and applicable legal requirements against members who fail to complete their payments and obtain the required documents and possession. Such action may include legal proceedings concerning the apartment, further measures, resale of the apartment, and recovery of outstanding dues.

Members will be responsible for losses and delays arising from failure to complete payments and the required formalities within the stipulated period, in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

Members are requested to act immediately rather than wait until the deadline, clear their dues, and complete the process for obtaining their apartment documents and possession.
