FOSPAH Advertising Agencies EOI Corrigendum – Deadline Extended to 13 November 2026

The Government of Pakistan, Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace (FOSPAH), has issued a corrigendum to its Expression of Interest for open competition for the appointment of advertising agencies.

With reference to EOI advertisement No. PID(I)3507/26, dated 22 October 2026, the submission deadline has been extended to 13 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m.

Advertising agencies registered with the Press Information Department (PID), Government of Pakistan, are requested to submit their profiles, visual content, designs and artwork for print, electronic, digital and social media covering the following themes:

• Market research and campaign strategy.
• Social media campaigns.
• Paid digital advertising.
• Website development and optimization.
• Content creation for workshops and events, public service announcements (PSAs), and other creative assets.
• Campaign tracking and analytics.
• Influencer engagement.
• Television commercials (TVCs) and print media advertising.

The selection and appointment of advertising agencies will follow the guidelines and procedures of the Advertisement Policy 2021 issued by PID.

For eligibility criteria and further details, applicants should consult PID’s Advertisement Policy 2021, as amended in 2022, at www.pid.gov.pk. The advertisement and eligibility criteria are also available at www.fospah.gov.pk. Tender documents are available through EPADS and the PPRA website. Interested firms must ensure submission of their profiles through EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk.

Shortlisted agencies will subsequently be called for a comprehensive presentation before the selection committee.
