Shah Bhitai Government Hospital Hyderabad Tender for Medicines and Drugs 2026–27

The Office of the Medical Superintendent, Government Shah Bhitai Hospital, Latifabad, Hyderabad, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the supply of medicines under the 15% local purchase allocation for financial year 2026–27. Suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors must be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB, whichever is applicable.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–One Envelope procedure under Rule 46(1). Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions can be viewed or downloaded at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk.

Bidders must register on EPADS at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit their bids electronically through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted.

Bids prepared according to the bidding documents must be submitted by 12:00 noon on 30 November 2026. The original tender fee instrument and bid security equal to 2.5% of the bid price must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 p.m. at the Office of the Medical Superintendent, Shah Bhitai Government Hospital, Latifabad, Hyderabad.
