Pakistan LNG Limited Tender for Two LNG Cargoes at Port Qasim

Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL), owned by the Government of Pakistan, invites bids from reputed international suppliers for the supply of two liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargoes on a Delivered Ex-Ship (DES) basis at Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan. PLL procures LNG to meet the country's gas requirements.

Each cargo must comply with the tolerance requirements in the bidding documents. Detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for interested bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is required to participate in the bidding process.

E-bids prepared according to the instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by 2:00 PM on Friday, 6 November 2026. Bids will be opened through EPADS v2.0 at 2:30 PM on the same day. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.

Suppliers who have not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
