PHA Multan Auction of Shops at Ladies Park Gulgasht on 16 November 2026

The Parks and Horticulture Agency (PHA), Multan, will conduct an open auction for the rental of seven shops at Ladies Park, Gulgasht, Multan. The auction will take place on 16 November 2026 at 12:00 PM at the PHA Multan office near MDA Chowk, Multan.

Participants must bring their original national identity cards. The security deposit must be submitted through a call deposit in favour of the Director General, PHA Multan, at least one hour before the auction begins.

Rent is payable in advance and will increase by 10% annually. The tenant must return possession of the shop to PHA Multan upon expiry of the tenancy. Subletting and alterations without permission are prohibited.

The successful bidder must complete the tenancy agreement and bear the applicable stamp-paper, agreement and government tax expenses. Failure to meet the required payment and tenancy conditions may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

Monthly rent must be paid by the fifth day of each month. Late payment attracts a penalty of PKR 100 per day. Failure to pay rent for two complete months may result in cancellation of the allotment, recovery of possession and re-auction of the shop.

The tenant is responsible for expenses arising from litigation and must comply with the agency's requirements concerning the use, upkeep and alteration of the premises. Further auction conditions will be announced at the venue.
