Municipal Committee Lodhran Auction of 49 Eucalyptus Trees

Municipal Committee Lodhran invites bidders to a public auction of its eucalyptus trees on 19 November 2026, Thursday, at 1:00 PM in the Municipal Committee Hall, Lodhran. The auction will be conducted on an “as-is, where-is” basis under the Local Government Property Rules, 2018.

Auction conditions:

1. Each bidder must deposit the required auction security to participate. Unsuccessful bidders will receive their security deposits back at the conclusion of the auction.
2. The auction will conclude with the highest bid.
3. The successful bidder must pay one-quarter of the auction amount, equivalent to 25%, immediately. The remaining three-quarters, equivalent to 75%, must be paid within 10 days. Failure to make payment will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
4. The competent authorities reserve the right to approve or reject any bid.
5. Participants must possess an original identity card or an authorization letter.
6. All applicable government taxes must be paid by the successful bidder in addition to the auction amount.
7. The successful bidder will bear the expenses of cutting and removing the trees.
8. Interested individuals may inspect the trees during office hours on working days before participating. The sale is on an “as-is, where-is” basis, and objections raised after the auction will not be accepted.
