University of the Punjab Tender for Internet Bandwidth and Desktop Computers

The University of the Punjab invites bids from interested manufacturers, authorized or sole distributors, contractors and suppliers registered with GST, PST and NTN. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).

Bids must be prepared according to the bidding documents and submitted exclusively through Punjab e-Procurement System by 2 December 2026 at 10:30 a.m. Bids will be opened through the same system that day at 11:00 a.m. If the government announces a public holiday on the tender opening date, opening will take place on the next working day.

Bid security must be submitted online exclusively through the Bank of the Punjab in accordance with Punjab e-Procurement System guidelines and regulations. Physical financial instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Bids submitted through any channel other than the Punjab e-Procurement System will not be accepted.
