Government Trauma Centre Lalamusa Old Building Materials Auction 2026

The Medical Superintendent, Government Trauma Centre Lalamusa, District Gujrat, invites bids for the demolition of an old, dilapidated building and the sale of construction materials recovered from it. The auction will take place on 20 November 2026 at 11:00 am.

The reserve price of Rs. 345,327 for the materials recovered through demolition has been assessed by the Executive Engineer, Buildings, Gujrat.

The Buildings Department has estimated demolition expenses at Rs. 287,162. These expenses cover complete demolition, removal and transportation of materials, disposal of debris, complete site cleaning and levelling. The successful bidder must bear all these costs. Demolition expenses cannot be deducted, adjusted or otherwise reduced from the approved auction bid amount, and the department will accept no liability for these expenses.

The successful bidder must deposit the full auction amount into the government treasury before starting demolition work. Applicable taxes must also be paid under the relevant laws.

Demolition must be completed within the period prescribed by the department. The successful bidder must ensure that the site remains safe during the work and that the activities of hospital staff, patients and the public are not disrupted. All safety measures must be observed. Debris must be removed within the prescribed period, and the site must be cleared and levelled. Compliance with the relevant departmental and government regulations is mandatory. A completion certificate must be obtained following inspection after the work is finished.
