Gandhara Employees Cooperative Housing Society Karachi Public Warning on ST-8 and ST-9 Plots

Gandhara Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited issues this public notice and warning to purchasers, investors and all concerned parties regarding plots ST-8 and ST-9 in Block 21-A, Gulzar-e-Hijri, KDA Scheme No. 33, Karachi. Under the society’s approved layout plan, these plots have been reserved since 1973 for a playground and primary school.

The society has initiated legal proceedings concerning these plots against the Karachi Development Authority and other parties. The proceedings include the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Sindh, the Karachi Development Authority and the Land Utilization Department.

The public is warned against purchasing, selling, transferring or undertaking construction on these plots. Any transaction involving the plots with a person other than the society, or any action contrary to the court orders, will be unlawful.

Anyone violating these restrictions will bear responsibility for the consequences and may face legal proceedings. Members are requested to remain informed and protect their lawful interests. The society reserves its legal rights and will continue to protect its members’ interests.
