Punjab Livestock Diagnostic Kits Tender Corrigendum and Deadline Extension to 16 November 2026

The Director General (Extension), Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Punjab, has revised the eligibility requirements for Tender No. 02/DGE/ADP-2642/2026-27, “Procurement of Diagnostic Kits and Other Items for the Year 2026-27,” under the ADP scheme “CM Punjab: Progressive Control of Foot and Mouth Disease in Punjab.”

This corrigendum refers to the advertisement published in Daily Dawn Lahore and Jang Lahore dated 25 October 2026, Business Recorder Lahore dated 27 October 2026, Merit News Lahore, Betab Lahore and Undlas Times Lahore, under reference IPL No. 11349, and uploaded on the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and Punjab e-Procurement System.

Additional eligibility requirement: Bidders must have proven prior experience in supplying and delivering the quoted item from the proposed or quoted manufacturer. Verifiable copies of previous purchase orders or contract awards, together with the corresponding delivery challans, must be submitted as documentary evidence. This requirement applies to the following lots:

Extended submission deadline: Electronic bids must be uploaded and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 16 November 2026 at 10:30 AM. Technical e-bids will be opened through the same system on 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, in the presence of representatives of participating firms who wish to attend.

Late bids and bids submitted in physical form will not be entertained. Bidders seeking clarification must upload their queries through the Punjab e-Procurement System. All other terms and conditions of the original tender remain unchanged.
