Pakistan Railways Lahore Tender for CSR-2024 Revision Consultancy

Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore, invites sealed bids under the Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA rules for hiring a consultant to revise its Composite Schedule of Rates (CSR-2024). Participating firms must be registered with the Sales Tax Department and appear on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

Technical and financial proposals must be enclosed in one main sealed envelope. Bids must also be uploaded to EPADS 2.0, with the sealed submission deposited in the tender box at the office of the Executive Engineer/General, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore, by 2:00 PM on 20 November 2026. Bids will be opened at the same location at 2:30 PM that day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Bid security must accompany the bidding documents as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Pay Order in favour of FA & CAO, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office, Lahore. The firm's or agency's name on the CDR is mandatory.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Prospective firms and joint ventures are requested to attend.
