The National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan, through its Establishment Directorate, General Services Section, has issued Corrigendum-II for the procurement of cafeteria services for NHA Headquarters, Islamabad.

The corrigendum revises the bid submission procedure for the invitation to e-bids published on 23 September 2026 under reference PID(I)2719/26 and Corrigendum-I published on 18 October 2026 under reference PID No. 3552/26. Both notices were also published on the NHA and PPRA websites.

Bid preparation and submission	Bids were to be submitted through the NHA e-Bidding System. A hard copy of the PDF generated through that system was also required at the office of the Director (General Services & Store), NHA Headquarters, by 19 November 2026 at 1400 hours.	The bid PDF must be prepared through the NHA e-Bidding System and submitted through EPADS Old Version on or before 19 November 2026 at 1400 hours, as mentioned in the bidding documents. Bids submitted through EPADS without a PDF prepared using the NHA e-Bidding System will be considered non-responsive.
Manual bids	Manual bids were not accepted.	Manual bids and hard-copy submissions will not be accepted.
Technical bid opening	Technical e-bids were to be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.	Technical e-bids will be opened on 19 November 2026 at 1430 hours.
