DHQ Hospital Khushab Tender for Lab, Blood Bank and Dialysis Items FY 2026–27

The Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Khushab, Campuses I and II, Health & Population Department, invites electronic bids for annual framework rate contract agreements for FY 2026–27. Eligible bidders, suppliers, manufacturers and trading firms must be registered with the relevant authorities, Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and the e-Procurement System.

Submission deadline: 23 November 2026 at 11:30 AM through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids will be opened through the same system at 12:00 PM that day.

Open competitive bidding will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. English-language bidding documents containing detailed requirements and terms and conditions may be downloaded after publication from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA and procuring agency websites: www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk.

Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be furnished electronically through the prescribed Digital Bid Security mechanism using the PSID generated through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS). Bidders must ensure that payment is successfully reflected and verified in EPADS before the bid submission deadline. Physical submission of a CDR, pay order or demand draft is not required where bid security has been successfully furnished and verified electronically.

Bid security is subject to Rule 27 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, read with Rule 3-A relating to e-Procurement and applicable PPRA regulations and guidelines. Bids must be submitted through the Government-established e-Procurement System; manual bids will not be accepted.

Bidders must offer their best and final prices, as negotiations are not accepted under PPRA rules. Taxes will be deducted under applicable government rules.
