Banking Court-II Hyderabad Auction of 16-Acre Agricultural Land in Thatta

Banking Court-II, Hyderabad, before Judge Farid Anwar Qazi, has ordered a re-public auction of agricultural land in Execution Application No. 176/2016 arising from Suit No. 610/2014. The proceedings concern National Bank of Pakistan, Chuhar Jamali Branch, as decree holder, against the following judgment debtors.

The property comprises 16 acres of agricultural land situated at Deh Pehlu Hindu, Taluka Shah Bandar, District Thatta, under Pass Book No. 0625576. The public auction will take place at the property location on 7 December 2026 at 1:00 p.m., on an as-is, where-is basis, for recovery of Rs. 468,293 together with costs and cost of funds.

The declared purchaser must immediately deposit 25% of the purchase price with the undersigned through cash, draft or pay order. Cheques will not be accepted. The remaining purchase price must be paid or deposited in court within 15 days after the auction.

The sale is subject to confirmation by the court. The successful bidder must pay all applicable taxes. The court reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time or reject any bid, including the highest bid. The property may be inspected during office hours by prior appointment.
